Julie Bauke

Julie Bauke is a Career Strategist and President of The Bauke Group. Her business focuses on educating and motivating individuals to take charge of their careers. She has extensive experience working with everyone from executives to professional athletes to college students.

She is a dynamic speaker, trainer and coach and is the author of “Stop Peeing on our Shoes: Avoiding the 7 Mistakes that Screw Up your Job Search” and is a regular Career Contributor on WCIU-TV in Chicago. She believes that we all deserve to be “career happy”.

Jeff Wuenker

Jeff is a Career Strategist with over 8 years experience working with individuals to identify and realize career objectives and overall satisfaction.

As part of the The Bauke Group team, Jeff is dedicated to the organization's mission of helping professionals take charge of and drive their careers. His passion for helping people along with a unique ability to uncover actionable insights through group facilitation and one-on-one coaching has led to many success stories for clients. Jeff's previous experience in marketing and advertising lends strong perspective on how people can more strategically and effectively market themselves and manage their careers.

A strong proponent of community service, Jeff is involved with various philanthropic organizations and volunteer activities, including Habitat For Humanity, Give Back Cincinnati and Leap Beyond Therapy. Lisa Knowles

Lisa Knowles has diverse work experience, including as a retail buyer and manager, as a real estate IT systems manager and, more recently, as an Office Manager for a successful, international consulting business. Her attention to detail, customer focus, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills are well suited to her position with The Bauke Group as Client Services Manager. She is responsible for client information, company communication and follow-up.

Lisa is a Public Policy Studies graduate of Duke University. She loves to travel and has lived in Belgium, Germany, England and France. She and her husband have three sons. In addition to raising her children and coordinating the busy schedules of her family, Lisa remains involved in volunteer activities, leading and supporting school events, Meals on Wheels and Matthew 25 Ministries.

Judy Rahm

Judy Rahm is a Certified Career Management Fellow with over 20 years experience in celebrating career success with diverse populations.

Judy’s passion is to assist the Baby Boomer generation whose “cheese has moved” in identifying and realizing career satisfaction that can be transformed into retirement income, if desired.

She has worked with individuals and groups in providing spouse relocation, pre-retirement planning, change management, stress management and job search campaigns. Judy has a track record for developing creative, alternative solutions while focusing on empowerment, integrity, and continuous improvement. She is certified in Myers Briggs and Harrison Assessments. She has served for seven years as Chaplain for Bridgeway Pointe Assisted Living facility.

Susan H. McCord

Susan McCord is an accomplished coach with extensive experience in career and personal leadership development. With over 20 years in both academic and career consulting environments, Susan has assisted professionals from all industries and organizational levels achieve challenging career and life goals. Susan earned a Master of Arts in Counseling from the University of Cincinnati, and she holds a Bachelor of Arts from Miami University in Psychology and Social Work. She is currently completing certification with Coaches Training Institute and International Coach Federation, and she is certified to administer Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Strong Interest Inventory, Career Leader and 16PF.
