Lisa Kaminski

Lisa is a self-described human resources, recruiting and coaching geek. She loves helping professionals thrive in their careers- on their own terms!

As a member of The Bauke Group’s team, she works with early to mid-career professionals, and often teams up with fellow TBG coach Laura Rupp to coach recent college grads onto their professional career path.

She “grew up” in technology, and therefore is no stranger to changing jobs, sometimes by choice, sometimes not. She has worked with large companies (Apple and Hewlett-Packard) and the very small, where she did coffee runs and even made coffee for her coworkers. She is the consummate networker and connector, and strives to make her community a better place for all.

She firmly believes that if you are not happy at work –where you spend a big chunk of your life — you won’t be happy outside of work and that detracts from not only your quality of life, but the quality of life of those around you.

Although she lives in Buckeyeland, she is a transplant from Michigan and a graduate of Wayne State University and the University of Michigan. She’s embraced Ohio as her home and is deeply involved in the community.
